We are happy to offer exchanges for unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are only allowed for size changes. If size is not available for that specific model and color, another model and color may be chosen. Exchange of a different model can only be processed if the new model is priced equal to or higher than the previous model.
- All returns & exchanges through our website can only be processed through either WhatsApp +6287785064920 or email customerservice@sunnystep.co.id.
- Items must show no sign of wear and tear. Hangtags must be intact, and shoe box must be in good condition (minimal bumps on its corners, no scratches or tears, no writings).
- Items bought on discount or reduced price cannot be exchanged under any circumstance.
In cases of defective products, customer must include at least 1 photo and 1 unboxing video to claim for an exchange as proof that the damages are not the responsibility of the customer.
